Payment can be made via bank transfer or your preferred payment method. Our bank details will be provided via WhatsApp after you place your order. Full payment is required before your order is processed.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times may vary based on the customization and production schedule. We will provide an estimated delivery date upon confirmation of your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

7. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is a defect in the product. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if you encounter any issues.
