Return Period

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be in its original packaging.

Note: Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Some health and personal care items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Return Process

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
