• Custom Orders: We offer customization for both clothing and fragrances, made specifically to order for our customers.

4. Pricing and Payments

• All prices on our website are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
• Payment Options: We accept various payment methods, including cash on delivery (COD) for added convenience.
• Free Delivery: Orders of PKR 2499 and above qualify for free standard delivery within Pakistan. Orders below this amount will incur a shipping fee as calculated at checkout.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Order Process and Shipping

• Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a WhatsApp message with your order details. For faster confirmation, please reply to us on WhatsApp at +92 333 1605339 with your Order Number.
• Shipping: We aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time specified at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

6. Return and Refund Policy

• Returns: Customized products cannot be returned due to their personalized nature. However, if the product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued for defective products only. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on old-money.pk, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Old Money and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.

8. Customer Accounts
